To reach a wider market and improve sales efficiency, Batik Gumelem collaborated with Magercoding to build an integrated e-commerce platform. This website is designed with the following features: Digital payment system (payment gateway), AI Assistant to automatically answer customer questions, Business profile page that introduces the history and cultural values of batik, Interactive and easily accessible product catalog
Sales increased by 100% within two months, products reached consumers outside the city and abroad, more efficient transactions and customer service, greater awareness of batik cultural value via digital storytelling
